El apartamento tiene un acogedor comedor con una abierta americana, que da una terraza amueblada donde disfrutar de las vistas al mar. Enfrente se encuentra una zona sportiva con gym, donde practicar también tenis, squash, pádel... así como zona de restaurants y bar. Se puede disfrutar también de clases privadas de estos deportes.
