Comfortable apartment located 20 meters from the most beautiful crystal-clear water beach in Alcudia, this being the longest in Mallorca. Ideal to go with children. It is located on the first floor a few meters from restaurants, bars, cafes, clothing stores and supermarkets. It is a perfect apartment for two people. It consists of a room with two single beds, a complete bathroom with shower, a kitchen open to the living room, and a terrace. Take into account that this apartment is located in a block of eight apartments with the possibility of reserving more than one apartment at the same time. Supermarkets, restaurants, bar, pharmacies and shops are only a few steps away from the holiday accommodation. IMPORTANT In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age. Per day and person, the tax is from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory. A welcome basket is provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday. 24h availability for any kind of questions and assistance. This chalet can accommodate babies. Cot and high chair included on request at no extra cost. Please inform us a few days before your arrival about your expected time of arrival (flight/boat number if applicable) to arrange together the handover of the keys. Final cleaning included. Alcudia is a nice and tidy town set on the North coast, with its own port and large and lovely beaches. It used to be an ancient Roman city, so there still are the Murad and other ancient Roman items. Walking through the old town is a pleasure, as it is full of curious small shops and good restaurants. It is about fifty kilometers away from Palma and the airport, and you can easily visit other interesting places in the island.
