The residential complex has a very big pool for adults, a children pool, beautiful park, it is fully gated, video surveillance. Located just 50 m from the beach - Calla Lanuza. On the beach there is a nice bar and live music all summer nights. Just 20 m from the secondary entrance of the residential complex there is the TRAM station. The TRAM goes in 10 minutes to El Campello, 20 minutes to Alicante and 20 minutes to Benidorm. Supermarkets to 10 minutes by TRAM. There are 2 restaurants available at less than 100 m from the entrance of the residential complex.
