Our accommodation is unique for its decoration and comfort in which you can spend your holidays just as if you were in your own house. it has a TERRACE OF 10M2 FACING THE SOUTH where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner enjoying the sun and the island’s weather, with a view to the pool. The apartment consists of 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom and living room with integrated kitchen (fully equipped including dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle). It has free WiFi with 600Mbps and smartTV. In May 2021 the room available for guests has been changed, now the room faces the pool area which is very quiet and does not suffer from the problem of noise from truck unloading in the morning. In May 2025 the bed mattress has been put new.
I am wishing to receive you in our accommodation and to solve any problems or doubts that you may have during your stay with us.
The apartment is situated in the central area of costa teguise. It has the BEACH OF JABLILLO 100 yds away, and the BEACH OF LAS CUCHARAS 150 yds away. There is also a pharmacy, supermarkets and taxi/bus stop to the side. On top of that, the “PUEBLO MARINERO”, a leisure area where most of the restaurants and bars of the area (with live music) are located, is very close by foot.
