In the event that an extra service is paid by credit card without prior consultation with our staff and if there is no availability, the refund will be partial according to the bank commission.

It has a comfortable double bed (in an open space), a living area for your moments of relaxation, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette for preparing your meals and a complete private bathroom. Within the Batayola complex, you will have access to common areas that complement your stay, including corridors, a lift, living rooms, a small reception area and, of course, swimming pools to enjoy the Canarian sun and cool off. This studio is ideal for exploring the island, with a strategic location that allows you to easily access both the north and south of Tenerife.
