Guests will be able to enjoy the whole of the Villa, distributed over three floors. The ground floor is the garage with space for four cars. On the first floor there is a large living room where there is a large table where all friends and/or family can eat with views of the outside area and the sea. On this floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen and next to it there is a bedroom with a double bed. There is also a dressing room for the pool and a bathroom. The outside area has a terrace complete with a table to enjoy al fresco dining. There is also a solarium next to the beautiful pool and garden. As you go up the modern stairs you will find the first floor. This floor has four bedrooms. The master suite has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. This floor also has two bedrooms with three bunk beds. There is an office with a double sofa bed that has access to a lovely little terrace. Finally, there is another bathroom on this floor. The house has heating and air conditioning in the bedrooms and the living room. Solar panels are used to heat the water and to power the underfloor heating.

Llafranc is a beatifull village on the Costa Brava where you can enjoy a sandy beach and practice different water activities as kayaking, paddle, surfing and diving. The villa is a 5 minutes walk away from the beach and the center of Llatranc. This village has several restaurants where you can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine. Llafranc is located near villages such as Calella de Palafrugell, Tamariu and Begur. In addition, you can enjoy the proximity of historic villages such as Monells, Peratallada and Torroella de Montgri where concerts, gastronomy and musical festival are held. If you want to enjoy excursions, there are some routes away the coast where you can discover beatiful caves.
