THE APARTMENT: Stunning apartment in Miraconcha, the most luxurious street in Spain. Right in front of La Concha beach, breathtaking views of the sea and beach from the apartment, as you can see in our front picture, which is taken from our terrace! Our apartment is exactly what you see on the pictures, a luxurious space that includes a bedroom, living room, private bathroom, kitchen with oven, cooker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine and many other appliances. The apartment has air-conditioned with a portable window A/C unit, not central A/C. We have TVs in the bedroom and living room. And of course our large terrace where you can have your meal while enjoying the views of the ocean and city. In case you come by car and need parking, we have a private parking garage that we usually rent out for a price that varies depending on the month of the year. In case you're interested please let me know when booking the apartment, since the garage needs to be booked in advanced. The parking option is subject to availability.
