Access to the house is by stairs, it has 2 bedrooms, one with a 1.35cm bed, the other with 2 single beds with a maximum occupancy of 4 people. Split type air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom and penguin type air conditioning in the second bedroom. , kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, electric water heater. Full bathroom with shower and hydromassage column. Access to the solarium terrace where we find the jacuzzi is by narrow stairs, you can see it in the photos. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Smoking is allowed on the apartment terraces. Please respect this rule and, with it, respect all guests. Parties are not allowed. Close to Carabassi beach (one of the best beaches in the province), to enjoy a few days at the beach, as well as a romantic or relaxing getaway as a couple, with family or friends. You can enjoy the communal pool of the residential. Very close to all the services of an urban area, such as those found on Avenida de Escandinavia or the Gran Alacant Shopping Center. You can get there by car, taxi, or bus from the nearby Altet, Santa Pola, Elche, or Alicante airports, as the area is well connected to all of these cities.
