Property information

Neat terraced house in excellent position on the Almadrava beach in Els Poblets near Denia. For 4 people. Peaceful, small community with pool at only a few steps from the beach. The holiday home is distributed as follows: On the ground floor a cozy lounge, a semi-independent, fully equipped kitchen, a shower bath room and two terraces, one of the terraces is at the entrance of the house and the other behind, both with dining table. On the upper floor there are 2 double bedrooms, (1 with a double bed and the other one with 2 single beds), both rooms have their own balcony and the main bedroom has beautiful sea views. There is also a further shower bath room. The bungalow is fully equipped, including: washing machine, microwave, oven, toaster, iron and iron board, ceiling fan in the lounge, air conditioning (hot/cold) in the bedrooms and living room, Internet Wifi, Sat-TV, terrace furniture, 2 sun beds at your disposal.

Neighbourhood information

Els Poblets is a popular little coast village with a good infrastructure. Numerous restaurants and shops can be reached by walking. Denia’s city is at 9 km, 10 minutes by car. Denia and its environments provide a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! The diversified 20 km long sandy beach offers something for everyone, water sport activities, calm areas, beach bars, cliffy bays in the nature reserve, great for diving and snorkeling. Denia is situated exactely between Valencia and Alicante, both airports are at about 1 hour 10 minutes driving by car. Within 20 minutes to max. 1 hour you can reach several other lovely places on the coast, i.e. Javea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, an Alicante in the south, as well as Oliva, Gandia and Valencia in the north. Also a trip to the back country is worth to do, you will see lots of orange groves, almond trees and quaint villages between green hills and mountains. There are 2 golf courses at only 10 km from the bungalow: La Sella and Oliva Nova Golf.
