“Excited to open our gorgeous private retreats at ‘Cortijo Fuente Arriba’ in January 2023 after 7 months of renovations, we look forward to sharing our little piece of paradise with you. Welcome to Casa Caballo, an enchanting one-bedroom cottage with its own dipping pool and mountain views where nature is truly is at its best. Once part of a farm, these stable buildings have been beautifully renovated to create a serene and peaceful mountain escape, perfect for two people and equipped with all you need for a self-catering break. Tucked away on our 2 acre finca, we have tried to create a space where you will feel relaxed and at home as soon as you arrive. Once inside, you will find a fully fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, gas hob and oven, kettle, toaster and all the essentials for your self-catering break. The kitchen is open plan to the living/dining space complete with a log burner for those cosy winter nights. The accommodation is completed by a bathroom with bath and overhead shower and a gorgeous double bedroom with a dressing table and wardrobes. The outside space is all yours to enjoy. A rustic covered terrace with a brick built sofa/lounging area, a spacious open area perfect for sunbathing and a private dipping pool (open May to October). Sit back, relax and enjoy the stunning mountain views that Cortijo Fuente Arriba boasts! A starter kit of log is provided for the log burner. Dogs are all welcome at Fuente Arriba, but please note that none of our properties are escape proof. Please let us know when you book if you are planning on bringing your furry friend, there is a 15 euro additional cleaning fee per dog. If you amble into town on a Wednesday morning you will find a lovely market full of fresh fruit and veg, and a fish van that brings local seafood straight from the coast to your plate. There are beautiful clothing and accessories stalls and sweets too.
