House with 4 double bedrooms, 3 on the lower floor sharing 1 bathroom and 1 suite on the upper floor. It has a large living room with terrace, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and laundry room. Ideal for families and groups of young couples. It is located in the Caials area, 5 minutes by car / motorcycle from the center of Cadaqués and 15 minutes by car.
I live in Barcelona, so a real estate agency offers services to our guests. However, I am always available and will be the contact person for any query or incident that may arise.
The house is located in the neighborhood of "Es Caials", on the outskirts of Cadaqués, close to Port Lligat. Ideal environment for families, which stands out for its tranquility and good views. It is located 20 minutes walk from the village, opposite the beach of Caials and 5-10 minutes from popular beaches beaches like the Ros, the island of Port Lligat or the Perefet. This is an area with enough street parking. To go to the village,it is better to go by car or walking (20 min)
