It offers two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower, and a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, oven, and Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine. In the patio, you’ll find a small table, perfect for enjoying a coffee outdoors. Located just 5 minutes on foot from the Port of Motril and only 15–20 minutes walking distance from the beach, the house is in a very quiet and peaceful area. Parties are not allowed. Just around the corner from the building, there is an open area where you can park your car for free at any time of day.
