Nice Ibizan style house with stunning sea views, located in one of the most beautiful areas of the island, located on the beach of Cala Vadella, and where it has other very close beaches such as Cala Molí, Cala d'Hort, Cala Carbó, Platges del Compte, Cala Bassa ..., and 7km from the town of San Jose. The house has 2 outdoor dining areas, where you can contemplate the sea view while you are eating, one of them next to the pool and the other in the Barbecue area. It has a pool with beautiful sea views, measures are 10m x 5m and with night lighting, outdoor shower and garden furniture. (sun loungers, tables and parasols) There is also a chill out area. It has 4 double bedrooms, with air conditioning and fans, with capacity for 8 people. With 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet inside and 1 toilet zone of Bbq ***The Balearic Government tourist tax is not included, it will be applied after booking. ***ALTHOUGH CANCELLATION IS FREE OF CHARGE UP TO 60 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL, IT IS NECESSARY TO PAY 50% IN ADVANCE TO SECURE THE RESERVATION.
