The bottom floor has open plan, a charming kitchen with bar and a door to the lovely patio with garden. A cozy living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a toilet with a lovely shower. Upstairs you find 2 bedrooms, the bigger one has it´s own toilet en suite. The smaller room has a large built in closet, a single bed that is extendable to a double bed and Alhambra views from the window. The pearls of the house are the private roof terrace with views to the Alhambra, over the charming roof tops of Albayzin and the valley, sun all day as much as the patio with its natural stone wall and a lemon tree. The house and its location is truly enchanting, fully furnished and equipped and well heated in wintertime. It suits families with children as much as couples or a group of fiends.
