Living room with fireplace (44 m², TV), equipped kitchen (14 m², TV), 5 bedrooms with TV, air conditioning and heating, 2 bathrooms. Capacity for 11 guests, extendable up to 17 with auxiliary beds (supplement). WiFi, washing machine, dryer, high chair and crib. Pets allowed (supplement). Parking for 10 cars. No noisy parties and night shouting are not allowed. Smoking is allowed outside the rooms. Owners reside on the lower floor, but only the access ramp is shared. 2.5 km from the beach, close to public transport (bus and train) and 35 min from the airport. Maximum number of Pets: 5. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for pets.
