The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 65m2 private garden. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom, the dining room for 6, living room and kitchen. On the first floor there is a bedroom with bunk beds, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a double sofa bed. There is also on the first floor a bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet, hand basin and bidet. The house is delivered clean and without sheets or towels, you can bring your own or rent them. Double sheets set: 15 euros, Single sheets set: 8 euros, Towels set: 1 medium and 1 large: 4 euros. This house has sea views from the private garden and from the balcony. There is also a shared garden of 3,500 m2 where there are 6 showers with hot water, 4 toilets, a wall of tennis, a ping-pong, you will find the rackets and balls in the house, a small forest with hammocks, basketball hoops, and a punching bag. If you need a baby cot, high chair or baby bath you can order them in advance. The house has 4 gas heaters and 4 fans that you can use freely. In the private garden there is also an outdoor hot water shower. You can park 1 car in the property.

The fine sandy beach of La Fosca located 30 meters from the house has obtained the EU Blue Flag rating the highest rating that a beach can obtain. The house is ideally located in a privileged environment. You can park 1 car in the property. There is a parking lot at 20 meters from the house owned by the municipality of Palamós. This parking is free throughout the year with the exception of the months of June, July, August and September in which you must pay. In the months of July and August there is a bus that takes them to the center of Palamós. The center of Palamós is 1 km 500 m away.
