Hello! We are two young people, Francesco and Abe, residents of Seville, and with great enthusiasm and enthusiasm to launch into this Booking adventure. We know the city like the back of our hand, and we will be very happy to receive you and give you all kinds of advice on how to move around and enjoy this charming city, with its secrets, legends, and those corners full of magic, making it one of the most attractive places in Europe. Francesco has a gift for communication, organization, art and decoration (he studied at the University of Bologna). And I, Abe, dedicate myself to study abroad with foreign university students, combined with my vocation (and passion), for the "audiovisual language" (photo / video, Abekoco). We both share our enthusiasm for being able to offer you the most fruitful and easy stay possible. We take great care of direct and continuous contact with guests since our home is located on the same premises, which facilitates any type of attention and help.

Located on what was formerly the Puerta Real or Puerta de Goles, and which gave access to the old city. It is located in a unique place, in the center, and next to the Guadalquivir river, on the foundations that belonged to the Renaissance palace built by Hernando Colón, son of the well-known admiral. It is completely renovated, it is very bright, and located in the historical, commercial and leisure area, with all the comforts, and next to the most interesting places in the city, such as the Cathedral, museums, theaters, cinemas, supermarkets, public transport (5 minutes from the airport bus stop), and 15 minutes from the well-known Triana neighborhood.
