In Puerto del Carmen, the vacation apartment "Casa Joyne" boasts an excellent location close to the beach. The 39 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. A high chair and a baby cot are also available upon request. The highlight of this accommodation is its private balcony. A shared outdoor area with a pool is also available for your use. Renovation work will take place near the property from April 1, 2025, to July 31, 2025. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We understand that the construction may lead to some disturbances, particularly noise. However, once completed, the adjacent common areas will be barrier-free, enhancing accessibility for individuals with mobility challenges. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets and parties are not allowed.
