We like the neighborhood of Portixol and Es Molinar to walk around, sitting on the promenade, having a coffee or dring in one of the bars and restaurants. You can do nearly everything on foot, a car is not really needed, only for excursions. The day over to the early night in the season there are many people around. Then it gets really calm. No one is still there only few residents. It is in international crowd here. People from Scandinavia, UK, Germany, Switzerland and many spanish people.

Our beautiful vacation condo is located in El Molinar - a neighborhood of Palma de Mallorca within walking distance of Portixol, famous for being Palma’s “it”-neighborhood. With only 200 m from the house to the sea, you live in a peaceful, village-esque atmosphere. A 5 minute stroll takes you to Molinar’s yacht harbor and continuing along the coast, you arrive in Portixol to enjoy the beachside promenade with its colorful collection of bars and restaurants. Cool off in the nearby surf or in the swimming pool at any time! If you’re into sports, put on some inline-skates or grab a bicycle and ride down the long coastal road!

Casa Molinar consists of two adjoined houses which share a wonderful patio, resplendent with flowers, palm trees and a nice pool. The houses were built three years ago, are in perfect condition and fully equipped with all modern amenities. Fresh linen and towels for the three beds (1 King Size, 2 Single) are provided on arrival. All bed rooms are equipped with A/C and feature blackout curtains to ensure a restful nights' sleep. In the spacious living area you'll find a dining space and a cozy sofa corner with satellite flat screen TV. Next to the dining area is the well-outfitted kitchen, even featuring a NESPRESSO Machine for a perfect coffee in the morning, and a big fridge for all the delicacies you bought from the food market hall in Santa Catalina (another Palma-neighborhood, where the Spanish residents buy their food). Enjoy warm evenings on your private terrace with your own WEBER BBQ - making a delicious barbecue of fresh seafood a relaxed and easy option, or enjoy a solomillo de ternera from one from one of the two nearby butcher shops. In the areas of Portixol and Molinar, extensive renovation works are currently taking place, which means occasional construction noise disturbances cannot be ruled out in some cases. Children are warmly welcomed and we're happy to provide complimentary baby beds and high chairs upon request.
