Our property is located in the Eixample district, away from the hustle and bustle of the city in a quiet area, around one of the most beautiful streets in the city, Passeig de Gràcia. Its location in Passatge Mercader, represents the most mythical Barcelona that has always been there and is part of the city's DNA, with English-style houses, iron and orange trees.
