Authenticity and comfort define this holiday home in the best way! 3 bedroom townhouse in front of the beach of La Tejita, the largest natural sand beach of the island, in a quiet residential area. The highlight is without a doubt the spacious terrace with private Jacuzzi, chill out area, dining area and a large barbecue for unforgettable family and friends gatherings. On the terrace there is also an outside shower, which is very practical for those who need to wash sports equipment, which can be deposited on the terrace itself, as this is not allowed inside our holiday homes. This accommodation with its fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and drinking water filter, a complete bathroom with spacious walk-in shower and double washbasin and a toilet on the lower floor, guarantees a beach mood and easy lifestyle, without renouncing comfort, for all those who want to enjoy this wonderful corner of Tenerife. La Tejita beach is only a few minutes walk away as well as the shopping centre with a supermarket, cafes, restaurants and some shops. Folding desk available on request free of charge. As usual in our proposals, fibre optic Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels, beach towels, hairdryer and an ironing kit are available and included. WE INFORM OUR GUESTS THAT EVERY TUESDAY AND SATURDAY FROM 11 AM ONWARDS, THE JACUZZI MAINTENANCE CLEANING WILL BE CARRIED OUT BY THE EMPLOYEES OF THE COMPANY IN CHARGE. IN CASE OF NOT BEING IN THE ACCOMMODATION, THEY WILL ACCESS IT WITH THEIR OWN KEYS TO CARRY OUT THIS COMPULSORY SERVICE. After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avda. José Miguel Galván Bello 29, El Médano) or, if it's closed, drop it into the mail box next to the entrance.
