Our house is really like a home away from home. It is that cosy and nicely decorated that you feel at home straight away. The house has 3 bedrooms (one with a ensuite bathroom), 2 bathrooms in total with walking-in showers, a separate 3rd toilet, a nice big lounge with kitchen, a lovely large terrace where you can enjoy the sun or sit in the shade under a pergola and an extra plus is that we have our own parking lot, so you don´t have to search for a parking place in the street! We have an app tv with lots of channels of all different countries, so everybody can watch tv in their own language and you can stream Netflix or Prime tv and connect with your own account.

Hi, we are Dea, René and Lobke van Leeuwen and we wish you all a wonderful stay at our house and hope you will have an amazing holiday never to forget. We are dutch, but Lobke our daughter is more like a "conejera" as she is born here on the island. We, René and Dea, came to the island in 1986 for the first time and in 1987 we moved for good to Lanzarote. First we have been the owners until 2005 of dive centre Safari Diving Lanzarote, which is located on Playa Chica. After that we spent more time with our daughter to see her grow up and in the meantime René grounded the Volunteer Fire Brigade here on the island in Tias and Puerto del Carmen together with our best spanish friend and started also with The Youht Fire Brigade. In 2014 we got a bit bored again and bought a ship which we convertid into a beautiful chill out boat Sea Fun Lanzarote and started doing chill out trips, sunset cruises, hen and stag parties birthdays, which was very successful. In 2021 we sold our boat and are only now decicating our time on renting out our 3 holiday houses called Casa Playa Chica Lanzarote, Bungalow Primavera Lanzarote and Villa Juanita Lanzarote together with the help of our daughter Lobke Juanita. We really love the island, so know a lot of places where you must go and restaurants you must try. We really looking forward to meet up one day at one of our houses.

Our house is located in a quiet residential area, on the border of new and old town Puerto del Carmen. We are only on a 100mts walk away from the beautiful protected beach Playa Chica, next to hotel Fariones. We are on a 5 mins walk from most amenities and the beach boulevard with lots of shops, restaurants and bars. On a 3 mins walk from the Interational Swimlab situated in Club deportivo Fariones. The Mercadona supermarket is close by apart from other smaller ones and we are close by the shopping centre Biosfera (10 mins walk). The area is very popular and well known as the first residential neighbourhood of Puerto del Carmen.
