Self contained casita with en suite bathroom, in the casita there is a kitchen sink, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and a washing machine, separated from our main house,, where we live permanently, guests will have sole use of our pool ,although, we will be here, gas bbq, electric hotplate & 2 ring electric hob. Car parking is covered and right outside casita secure behind electric gates. Beside the swimming pool there is a small "honesty" bar with beer wine and soft drinks, there is a tin for payments to help with keeping the bar stocked. To claim a unique Casa Sol y Luna fridge magnet just bring a magnet from your home town and we'll put it on our new fridge magnet wall!!! Due to us having 2 quite timid cats we unfortunately must now insist STRICTLY NO PETS ** Coming Soon ** We're having a 4m x 3m fly screened enclosure constructed so guests can enjoy al fresco dining/relaxing in a fly free area with a solid roof to keep the heavy downpours out!! El Prado is a suburb of Arboleas, the main village is approx a 20 minute walk or 10 minute drive. The larger town of Albox with most supermarkets and shops is a 15 min drive. Easy access to motorway network and the Mediterranean beaches are approx 40 mins drive away.
