For added comfort, the house has air conditioning. The house is an architectural piece of the early twentieth century restored and preserving the essence of the typical architecture of the area. The house is located in the upper part of the village of Pinar, at the foot of a volcanic crater known as Montaña Tanajara. Although it is within the town limits, the house is located in an alleyway, which makes it a very intimate and enjoyable space with many corners and patios. The area of the house includes the surrounding vegetable garden, where the client can enjoy the seasonal vegetables and fruits, and the chickens in the henhouse. There is also a relaxation area and a communal drying area.
