The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large 40m² terrace on the ground floor, perfect for spending time with family and friends or for children to play. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning that can also be used as a fan and heater, a living room with a Smart TV, good Wi-Fi, and all TV channels included. We are Casper and Francien, and we rent out our beautiful apartment Casita Vera Playa. We live in the Netherlands and started traveling to Spain more frequently. We always dreamed of having our own little house in Spain, and eventually, we found ourselves in the charming town of Vera Playa. We immediately felt at home. The weather is always beautiful here (even 20 degrees in December), the people are friendly, and there is still a truly relaxed atmosphere. Three years ago, we started playing paddle tennis and even took a few lessons in Spain. We can connect you with a paddle tennis trainer, and there is a paddle tennis court (one of two) right next to our apartment that you can use. We love going to our apartment ourselves and are happy to share it with you.
