The renovated house is in a residential area in the heart of Cap Salou, just 10 minutes on foot from La Pineda beach and close to the descent to Cala Crancs beach, a beautiful natural beach. It is next to the famous INFINITY golf club and beach club. The house features a large garden with a pool, a spacious pergola terrace with a dining table that seats 12 people, plus a BBQ. It is ideal for families of up to 10, with five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, and a dining and living room that opens to the garden. The house sits on a 1500 square meter plot surrounded by lush gardens with palm trees, magnolias, eucalyptus, and olive trees. The pool is 12x6 meters, offering plenty of space for fun. For a perfect retreat, you will find tables and armchairs to relax and a chill-out area with sun loungers and sofas. Inside, the open living room and kitchen create a social space. Everything is carefully selected with attention to detail. Three bedrooms are on the second floor, one on the ground floor, and one on the third floor, separate from the day area. The house is in Costa Daurada, 15-20 minutes from Reus Airport( 19km), 80 minutes from Barcelona Airport, and very close to Port Aventura and Ferrari land (7km), the Roman city of Tarragona (12km), the food destination Cambrils (13km), and the wine regions of Penedes and Priorat.
