La Zenaida Luxury Tourist Apartments is part of Gorkaba 97 S.L., a company founded in Malaga in 2004. Gorkaba 97 S.L. has been in the real estate business for over 20 years and therefore has a broad knowledge of its clients and, above all, their needs. For this reason, in 2012 we completed the development of La Zenaida, an exclusive luxury urbanisation with spectacular peripheral views of the sea and mountains, where flats were only sold to selected clients and where the concept of providing an atmosphere of peace, tranquillity and absence of noise was paramount. Rincon de la Victoria is a municipality and coastal town located in the province of Malaga, in the region of Andalusia, in southern Spain.
