Manuel is your host in Chalet Pura Vida. They are responsible for ensuring your well-being and comfort throughout your stay. They arrange for key collection on the day of arrival, coordinate cleaning and pick-up at the end of your stay, and will be your contact person in case of any problems during your stay. You will receive contact information, as well as all information for the handover of the accommodation, a few days before your arrival. Apartelius, as Channel Manager, provides listing listing services, calendar and price synchronization, and customer service during the booking process. The chalet has capacity for 6 people, and is located in a quiet area. It features gardens, swimming pool, fireplace, centralised air conditioning throughout the house and parking for 4 vehicles. It has a portable barbecue. The house has three bedrooms, the master bedroom with a double bed of 1. 50 and a full ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub. The two other bedrooms have two beds of 0. 90 each. Outside there is another full bathroom with a shower. Living room - dining room with Smart TV, sofa and dining area, and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kitchenware... etc and has access to the garden. Outside of the house there is a garden area with a swimming pool, a storage room and parking for several spaces. The villa is located in a quiet area in Chiclana, with minimum noise, where you can enjoy the tranquility. You are only 7. 3 km from the old town of Chiclana (15 minutes but car), where you can find all bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc... And only 10. 3 km from La Barrosa beach (17 minutes but car), as well as being close to other beautiful and well-known beaches such as Sancti Petri Beach, Camposoto Beach, Puerco Beach, Fontanilla Beach.... etc. All ideal to enjoy the sun or water sports.
