The comfortable apartment Colina del Bajondillo belongs to a very quiet residential complex in the coastal town of Torremolinos, close to Malaga, and consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fans and a television. You can relax in the shared garden or enjoy coffees and meals on your private covered terrace. Take a swim in the communal pool. The complex also includes a children’s swimming pool. The beaches Playamar (600 m or 8 minutes on foot) and Bajondillo (1.2 km or 13 minutes on foot) are close to the apartment. The closest supermarkets can be reached in 6 minutes on foot (500 m) and the nearest restaurants are a 3-minute walk (350 m) away. The airport is only a 12-minute drive (7 km) away and you can walk to the train station in 15 minutes (1 km). An 8-minute drive (3 km) will get you to Torremolinos Water Park. Parking is available outside the building. Pets are allowed for an extra fee. When free, the tennis courts can be used anytime, but notice that reservations (at an extra cost) will always have priority. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
