'Corales de Mar' is a cozy apartment designed for couples and families who want to rest in a quiet area, near the main beach of Puerto de Alcudia in a design atmosphere. This apartment has been completely renovated (floor, 2 bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and furniture design) between April and August 2018. Corales de Mar is located on the fourth and top floor of a building with elevator. Inside are 3 bedrooms with plenty of light. The master bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third has 2 single beds. In total there are 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite), a very bright living room with a flat TV TFT of 42 'with home cinema, TV and free Wi-Fi, a new kitchen with a Nespresso machine completely, balcony-terrace overlooking Alcudia, the mountains and the bay of Alcudia. The beach is just steps away from the apartment. From there you can walk to the marina, the marina, the shops, hotels...

Neighbourhood information

Puerto Alcudia lies in the northeast of Mallorca at the north end of 8,5km of white sandy beach that runs the length of Alcudia Bay, without a doubt the bay is its main attraction. Heading away from the beach, the resort branches inland around a series of lakes and canals and is just a stones throw from the historic Roman town of Alcudia. Further along the bay lies the S’Albufera Nature Reserve, a specially protected area for birds and the largest wetland area on the island. Puerto Alcudia is great for shopping, has a selection of excellent restaurants, a water park, and plenty of bars and discos for those looking for some lively nightlife. The numerous sporting activities on offer such as tennis, horse riding, scuba diving, windsurfing, kite surfing, water-skiing, sailing and golf, make it popular both during the hottest months and also out of season when the mild climate is ideal for cycling, running and hiking; an ideal choice for families with children, sports lovers and also with those who just want to spend their holiday enjoying fine weather in a beautiful Mediterranean setting.
