This family house, built by Vicente and Javier’s grandfather in 1925, has been carefully renovated. Preserving and integrating the home’s authentic elements while adding a modern touch inside was our top priority throughout the renovation process. Our property is the ideal place to stay in Valencia—away from the noise of the city, yet just a 5-minute metro ride from the historic center, Bioparc, Les Arts, the Port of Valencia, and the famous Cabecera Park, which you can reach easily by bike or any other form of transport. There is no reception, but a member of our team will be available every day from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM to assist with any needs you may have. If you require our assistance during this time, we will be happy to help! In accordance with the new traveler registration law, it is a requirement for you to identify yourself with the personal details required by law, both for the reservation holder and any accompanying guests, in order to meet the entry requirements to the property.
