Villa Coloma is in a great countryside setting, close to Port Pollensa. This stunning 3 bedroom villa of appr. 150m2 has wonderful views over the countryside to the mountains. Free WiFi is included. The private swimming pool with stunning covered sitting and chilling area is one of the highlights of our beautiful Villa Coloma. There are 2 dining tables with chairs and a modern sofa area with BBQ facilities beside. From the pool you can enjoy views of the silhouette of the Tramuntana mountains. A private entrance leads you directly to the villa´s covered parking area, with the main entrance at the front of the house.2 cars can easily be parked. Simply beautiful, the light and airy lounge has a traditional wooden beamed ceiling, as well as patio doors opening onto the exterior covered terrace and spacious pool area. The lounge is an open plan with dining area and has a comfortable seating, a flat screen, a romantic fireplace. Villa Coloma offers three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, perfectly blending a modern style with Mediterranean touches, reflecting the elegance of a high-quality chalet. The property features ample storage space and air conditioning for your comfort. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a bedroom with two single beds, plus another full bathroom. The third bedroom is located outside the main house, on an upper level accessed by stairs. This room has a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and a private terrace, perfect for enjoying moments of tranquility. All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21h to 8h and 14h to 16h.

In Pollença you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the pollença’s market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant. Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing. In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.
