The communal areas include panoramic ocean views, ample seating, a large atrium lounge and two separate WCs, ensuring that your needs are always met. The communal bar and large industrial kitchen are perfect for hosting events or catering meals for your group. Perfect for yoga, pilates, and more, there is even a large open-planned wood floor studio! So whether you’re planning a family reunion, a wedding, or a corporate retreat, Boutique Beach has you covered. The outdoor area of Boutique Beach is a private oasis, surrounded by lush tropical gardens and designed with your ultimate relaxation in mind. It is enclosed by walls and a gate, ensuring your privacy and peace of mind. The open-planned solar-heated swimming pool is surrounded by a white sand beach-like area, creating the perfect atmosphere for a luxurious beach experience. Take a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear water or soak up the sun on the comfortable loungers and hammocks. The roof terrace at Eco Beach is a true gem, boasting front-line views of the Atlantic Ocean that are simply breathtaking. The terrace is protected from the sea breeze by glass balcony balustrades. While the villa does not have air conditioning or central heating, fans or electric heaters are available on request. Boutique Beach is an off-grid villa, a truly sustainable experience. Your privacy is our priority. The property has motion sensors linked to the security system. The security system is only activated when the home is unoccupied and the sensors capture a still image if motion is detected which is sent directly to the police. The system is fully inactive during guest stays.

Charco del Palo is a peaceful naturist village situated on the north-east coast of Lanzarote, a short drive away from Mala. It is a haven for those seeking a relaxing holiday in a quiet and natural environment. This small village is one of the few places in Europe where nudity is allowed and clothes are optional, providing a unique experience for visitors. Charco del Palo offers a variety of activities, including excellent diving, mountain biking, swimming, snorkelling,coastal walks and hiking, as well as a selection of restaurant, cafes, bars, art galleries and shops (for more variety, a range of restaurants are available in Mala/Guatiza). Directly in front of your private villa is a gorgeous terraced white sand beach featuring a volleyball court and tidal sea pools – ideal for a quick dip or swim! The village is surrounded by volcanic landscape and boasts a stunning rocky coastline, perfect for nature lovers and photographers. There are a couple of small beach areas featuring natural tidal sea pools. Once in the village, you can walk to the restaurant, coffee shop and supermarket, however, to travel out of the village a car would be required. Its easy to park for free in the street. Due to the location of our villa in a naturist village, we would like to kindly remind our guests that clothing is optional. As you enjoy your stay in our neighborhood, we kindly ask for your cooperation in maintaining the peaceful atmosphere that defines our community. Please be mindful of noise levels, particularly during the evening and early morning hours, as excessive noise can disturb our neighbors.
