Cozy rural apartment El Granero, located on the first floor and fully equipped. It has a double bedroom, living room with kitchen and dining area. You will find all amenities and enjoy a natural setting within the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, just 8 km from the city of Granada. The apartment can also be booked for four people (please check special rates). The interior is very comfortable thanks to thermal insulation. In addition, you have heating and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge and microwave. Everything you need for daily life is provided: bed linen, towels, pool towels, kitchen utensils, cot, high chair, and baby bathtub. Outside, the apartment offers its own terrace, as well as access to common areas such as the garden, outdoor patio, barbecue (use subject to current fire regulations in Sierra Nevada), saltwater pool, and parking. Other highlights include a small farm and an organic vegetable garden. For the more active, there is a sports court for tennis, football, and basketball, as well as a small playground. Parties by groups of young people and bachelor parties are not allowed. The minimum rental age is 25 years. Please respect the environment, quiet hours, and the rest of other guests.
