Set in a 3000 metres exotic palm garden, Apartamentos El Palmeral de Madaria offers 12 bright apartments, each with a terrace. The property boasts an outdoor pool with hydromassage (open all year) heated Jacuzzi (open November to March), gym and sauna. The beaches of Albufereta are just a 5-minute drive from the apartments. Decorated with modern furniture and bold colours, each air-conditioned apartment includes a terrace, flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The kitchenette comes with a washing machine and a dishwasher. El Palmeral’s large lounge opens onto a terrace with wonderful views. There is also a pine forest with a children’s play area and barbecue facilities. A hot tub can be found in the garden from November to March. Apartamentos El Palmeral de Madaria is located 8 minutes' drive from the centre of Alicante. Alicante Airport is around 12 km away. There are 2 bus lines connecting to downtown within 5 minutes walking distance.There are a couple of supermarkets and a wide choice of restaurants within 5 minutes walk Private parking is offered on site.
