Property information

It's a newly constructed building, located on the slope of Santa Barbara Castle and next to the Ereta Park. It's adjacent to the Museum of Water, the Museum of Contemporary Art (MACA), the Basilica of Santa María, and about 200 meters from Postiguet Beach. It is also close to the entertainment district, restaurants, supermarkets, the central market, theaters, etc. Nearby, there is a new building called Casa Toledo on Toledo Street, number 6. A location map has been published in the photo section, showing the position of the El Pont accommodation. This is useful for people arriving by plane and taking the airport bus to Alicante to easily walk to the establishment.
