Now the house is adapted or teleworking, there are fiber internet connection, a computer screen, under request, and a office room with table, light and chair Located in the center of the island is very well communicated with the north, south, east and west. The house was thought for living in, then there are different areas, the master bedroom is separated from the other bedrooms, a salon with two areas, a living room, inclusive a big garage with playing and cleaning areas. The house is faced to south then you have sun the most of the day, you have the sunrise direct to the terrace and the pool. The idea of the house is that you feel it like a real home.

Nazaret is a residential town in a mountainside faced to south, this do that you have very good landscape views and with the sun direct to the front part of the houses. It is just in the center of the island, you have 10 minutes to arrived to the east and west sides of the island, and 30 minutes to the south and north seaside, then when you want to comeback home it will take you few time to get it. There are few services in it, 2 or 3 restaurants and a small supermarket, but 1,5 kilometers to the north you have Teguise , the old capital of the island, with all the services you will need, restaurants, health center, police station, bank, etc.
