The house is situated between two villages: Santa Eugenia and Santa Maria, both with shops and restaurants, in the centre of the island; it is also only twenty minutes away from the island's capital Palma. It has an enclosed outdoor pool which is not heated, and plenty of space for large groups of people. The house has WiFi and for meetings we can provide a projector and screen. It has a large room and table for 16 people which can be used for congregations of all kinds. Please note that the house is provided with electric water heaters with a capacity of 80 litres. Therefore you may have to wait a little bit between one and the other to have hot water. Bedrooms are conditioned. In the living room there is also air conditioning. You will need a car, the house is situated on top of a mountain in a very exclusive forest area, no access to public transport. The country road is steep with curves, accessible by normal car. Lighting fires is illegal fireis illegal due to the risk of forest fires in Mallorca during the summer, and may be punishable by imprisonment. A gas barbecue is provided for use at your location.
