What we like - Flexibile arrival and departure day - Right in the heart of Pollença old town, perfect for exploring - Perfect for small groups - A great base for cycling holidays with lots of storage space downstairs Things to know - The streets are narrow, and street parking is limited - If you plan on hiring a car, we recommend parking in a free carpark about a 10-minute walk away - On the 2nd of August, the street outside is very lively due to the local Moors and Christians battle - The two single rooms are very simply decorated - Due to the type of stairs, this property is not most suitable for toddlers. Escape to the charming town of Pollença with Prestige Villas and stay at Eu Forat, a charming refurbished holiday rental townhouse. This petite and cosy accommodation is located in the heart of Pollença's historic old town, where you'll be right in the centre of all the action. Eu Forat is just a 5 minute walk from the main square, where you'll find an array of restaurants, cafes, and other dining options, perfect for relaxing and taking in the local ambience. With the town's central location, it's not necessary to have a car to get around and explore Pollença. Still, if you plan to visit the nearby beaches, it's recommended to rent a car for added convenience. Eu Forat is set in one of the most iconic parts of town, surrounded by picturesque streets and historical landmarks. During the annual festival of La Patrona, held on the 2nd of August, the streets in front of the property come alive with locals dressed as pirates and Christians, participating in a mock battle that's a feast for the eyes. This event is a hectic day outside the property and a must-see for those who plan to be in Pollença during that time. The property has been recently refurbished with an eye for detail, blending traditional stone walls with modern and contemporary finishes. You'll find air conditioning in the main living area and bedrooms, ensuring your comfort during your stay.

Pollença, just a few kilometres from the beautiful sandy beaches of the port. Pollensa is a popular destination for painters and artists with a unique charm and personality since the beginning of this Century. The market square with outdoor cafés and elegant restaurants is the focal point of this unique village, where the market takes place every Sunday from 8 am - 1 pm. Throughout the year there are various musical events and fiestas, the most famous being the Moors and Christians battle which takes place on 2nd August. The town is an excellent base for walkers, cyclists and bird watchers. The Calvari's 365 steps climb is highly recommended, one for each day of the year, from here you have fantastic views of the North of the island and the rooftops of Pollensa. At the top, you'll find a small chapel and a cafe to quench your thirst.
