We try to make your stay as pleasant as possible, that is why we are at your disposal 24 hours a day in case you have any questions or problems. Magnificent newly built house in the centre of Llafranc, Costa Brava, just 130 meters from the beach. Close to the beach and all services, this fantastic property with capacity for 8 occupants, has a living-dining room with access to a nice terrace on the ground floor, along with a large fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor we find 2 bedrooms (one of them with 2 single beds, one with a double bed and a bunk bed), both en-suite with integrated bathroom. Apart from that there is a second living room with a large solarium terrace, ideal to relax after a day at the beach. Private garage for 2 cars. The house disposes of WIFI and air-conditioning.

Neighbourhood information

Originally a fishing village, Llafranc has become a small town where urban growth has been strictly controlled so that the original charm of the town has not been affected. The beach is very picturesque with several coves. Rather than high-rise apartment blocks, the emphasis is generally on small, well-planned spaces with gardens and trees. Llafranc has the characteristics of "the perfect place" for many people, large enough to have excellent facilities, including good restaurants, bars and shops, but small enough to avoid organized travel.
