Luxury holiday home with many extras and full equipped for a perfect stay. ideal for families with kids, golfer and guests who appreciate quiet surroundings with plenty options for sports. Free WIFI is available inside the house and in the garden as well as satellite TV. The living room is equipped with a large flat TV, DVD and stereo (bluetooth). All bedrooms have TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and provides dishes, cutlery and glasses for 8 pax. If you prefer, you can have your BBQ on the terrace. For kids we provide cots, a high chair, dishes, cutlery, as well as a kids corner with table, chairs and toys. All plug sockets are equipped with a protection. The holiday home is located in a neat gorgeous housing estate with a huge pool a paddling pool for children and a whirlpool. Tennis and paddle court with floodlight are available free of charge. The resort and housing estate have a 24 h security service.
The seaside town Peñiscola, known by its unique historic centre built on a rock and the 5 km beach is only 30 km away. Peñiscola offers a variety of restaurants, bars, places to go clubbing as well as a breathtaking view on the mediterranean sea. Morella is 50 km away in the mountainous interior and impresses by its historic centre inside the preserved city wall and the castle. The town is located on a height of almost 1.000 m and has numerous restaurants as well as historical and cultural points of interest. The Ebro delta,50 km away is the second biggest wetland in Spain and the largest growing area for rice with an annual production of 90.000 tons. It hosts a natural park with a surface of 80 km2. The river delta is a species-rich breeding ground for many bird species. The delta has miles long native beaches which can be approached easily by car.
