This cozy and central apartment is located in the heart of the Madrid municipality of Las Rozas de Madrid. Our apartment has its own parking space and also has a great location, as it is located in the center 200m from City Hall and the Church of San Miguel among others. Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central accommodation. With capacity for up to 3 guests, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay. GARAGE There is a remote control, and access is also possible with a key: Open with the key from the pedestrian entrance and open from inside using the red button. The space measures 12.5 square meters. Cars or vans that exceed this size are not permitted to park. You'll have 24-hour medical assistance with Quirón Salud. For seasonal rentals for non-tourist purposes, online registration and the signing of a temporary contract are mandatory.

Welcome to Las Rozas! Located northwest of the regional and national capital, Madrid, and on the banks of the A6 highway, in this town the cultural and leisure offer is not scarce. Among its cultural attractions are the central parish church of San Miguel Arcángel, right in the center, and the Plaza de España, the heart of municipal life with buildings such as the town hall and traditional stores. In the outskirts of the town is where its leisure attractions are located, and is that Las Rozas not only has typical shopping centers such as CC BurgoCentro if not that, thanks to its proximity to the wealthiest municipalities in the region (Majadahonda or Torrelodones to mention a few), in its municipality are located shopping centers such as Gran Plaza 2 or Las Rozas Village, a picturesque outdoor shopping center with a presence of world-renowned stores.
