Enjoy an unforgettable stay in this beautiful apartment located on the third floor of an exclusive building with 24 hour concierge service, situated on the prestigious San Pablo street, right on the corner of Plaza de la Magdalena, one of Seville’s most sought-after areas. Upon entering the apartment, a stylish entrance hall separates the space into two distinct areas, divided by a few steps. To the left, you’ll find a bright and spacious living room, tastefully decorated with high-quality designer furniture, and featuring large windows overlooking the historic city center. The sofa converts into a comfortable double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), perfect for additional guests. From the living room, step out onto a charming terrace with outdoor furniture, which also connects to one of the bedrooms. This bedroom includes two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV, and a private en-suite bathroom. On the right side of the apartment, there is a fully equipped, independent kitchen with everything you need during your stay. Next to it is the second bedroom, featuring a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m) and a separate full bathroom. *When booking with Genteel Home, you will have the opportunity to book additional experiences and activities to enhance your stay. You can choose to book or decline them.
