To facilitate the management of deposits, the Owner uses the Swikly service, a secure solution, which allows deposits to be made online simply by entering a bank card number, without impacting the Guest's account balance. Swikly avoids the sending of transfers, cash or blocking a bank card. To deposit the deposits, simply click on the Swikly link sent by the Owner and follow the steps requested, no later than one month before the start of the stay. This is not a payment: the Guest will not be charged the amount requested, but authorises such a charge in the event of damage. Bank charges for depositing the deposit are the responsibility of the Guest and will be charged directly by Swikly upon acceptance of the authorisation (1% of the amount of the deposit). Otherwise, the security deposit for damages will be charged by Swikly, when the owner has deducted the amount of the damages plus 5.6% corresponding to the collection costs.
