The house of 70m2 is located in the beautiful town of Olivella near the Garraf Natural Park with several hiking routes only 15min from Sitges and 35min from Barcelona's Airport. It is distributed on a single floor and has a large terrace with barbecue and outdoor forniture. The two bedrooms have two double beds. There is a complete bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, air conditioning, winter heating, smart TV with streaming service (Netflix), Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, outdoor private parking sheets and towels included. Keys are handed over through a safe deposit box after 4pm. It is a smoke-free apartment. Pets are welcome with an additional cost of 30eur/animal with a maximum of two. At the check in you will be asked for the documentation and we will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
