The decoration, in warm tones with seaside touches, creates a relaxing environment—perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the island. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, kettle, juicer, blender, toaster, sandwich maker, iron and ironing board, and extractor fan. The living room includes one of the two available TVs and high-speed fiber internet, ideal for entertainment or remote work. You will also find a fan, hairdryer, first aid kit, and fire extinguisher. The accommodation is designed to provide maximum comfort, with everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay—whether for a short getaway or a longer visit. Its excellent location allows you to experience the true essence of Agaete. Agaete is an eminently coastal town located 30 kilometres from the capital. This seaside town is located at an altitude of 43 metres above sea level. It has one of the most important tomb necropolis on the island: the Necrópolis del Maipés, a future Archaeological Park. Agaete is one of those few places that still conserves the charm of a fishing village. A beautiful spot in the north of Gran Canaria that has stood still in time, enchanting locals and visitors alike. Agaete smells of sea, saltpetre and fresh fish. A refuge for all those who long for tranquillity, Agaete is a village that still preserves the spirit that permeates the air of the seaside neighbourhoods. A place made to measure for those who want to bathe in the sea any day of the year, sunbathe on the small beach of the port or dive in its natural pools (Las Salinas de Agaete), full of marine life and fish of a thousand colours. In this small fishing village you can eat always fresh fish in its restaurants next to the port or have a coffee grown on this land, while enjoying the sunset of the day. A landscape that has been blessed with the beauty of cliffs that lead to a sea of ravines submerged in the ocean, and where visitors say that time can stand still for a few moments. In the historic quarter is the Church of La Concepción, which replaces the original hermitage (1515). The present-day Centro Cultural de la Villa and the Town Hall, both 19th-century mansions reflecting the traditional architecture of the time, also stand out. Agaete also has some green areas of special relevance: the Huerto de las Flores and the Tamadaba Natural Park. The former is a botanical garden located in the centre of the town, which contains a wide variety of exotic plant species. The Tamadaba Nature Park is a protected area, and contains the largest pine forest in Gran Canaria.
