Charming apartment with terrace, only 3 minutes walk from the sea, located in Puertito de Güímar, halfway between the south and the capital of the island. This bright space, with capacity for 2 people, has a 300mb fibre optic Wifi connection, ideal for teleworking. Its decoration, with attention to the smallest detail, creates a cosy and elegant atmosphere. It has a large bedroom with double bed and access to the terrace, from where you can enjoy mountain views and relax outdoors. The flat has a bathroom with bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen integrated in the living-dining room, which is connected to the terrace so that you can enjoy breakfast in the sun and the warm climate of the area. Furthermore, it is provided with all the comforts, such as Smart TV, lift and access to the communal swimming pool of the quiet residential complex. Surrounded by black sandy beaches and in a picturesque fishing village, this accommodation is perfect for strolling, bathing areas, terraces and restaurants. It also has an excellent connection to the motorway, providing easy access to other parts of the island. The accommodation includes a full kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, mixer, tower fan, hairdryer, bed linen, shower towels and much more, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The property is not suitable for babies. There is no cot or high chair available.
