Beautiful house with private pool and imposing sunny terrace with garden and ocean views, located in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, a quiet residential area only 9 minutes from the centre. Spacious, bright and fully equipped, it is perfect for a relaxing holiday, a family getaway or as a base for teleworking. With capacity for up to 8 people, this property combines comfort, privacy and excellent location. This spectacular property has five bedrooms. On the ground floor, three double bedrooms, one of them with bunk beds, another with two single beds, and the master bedroom with king size bed, large dressing room and en suite bathroom with shower. This floor also has another bathroom with bathtub. Upstairs there are two single bedrooms, one of them equipped with a sofa and a study area, as well as an additional toilet, ideal for long stays or group stays. The outdoor area includes two private gardens with a total surface area of about 200 m², perfect for sunbathing, enjoying the fresh air or relaxing by the private pool. There is also a table and chairs for outdoor dining. The living-dining room is spacious and cosy, with sea views and Smart TV. The independent kitchen is fully integrated and equipped with all the necessary appliances. In addition, the property has fibre optic WiFi (600mb), ideal for working remotely, studying or simply enjoying the best digital entertainment during your stay. It also has a parking space for your convenience. Strategically located between the north and south of the island, with good motorway connections and all services just a few minutes away by car: supermarkets, restaurants, leisure areas and beaches such as Las Teresitas, Radazul or Bocacangrejo. Santa Cruz is a bright and cheerful city. Its streets, promenades and seaside avenues invite you to enjoy the fresh air, walks and parks, as it has an average annual temperature of 21.2ºC. In the city centre there are numerous lively pedestrian areas, where shopping is a pleasure, especially because of the ease of finding products from all over the world. The most important historical buildings coexist with great contemporary architectural works, such as the Auditorio de Tenerife "Adán Martín", designed by Santiago Calatrava, located just a few metres from the house. Several museums are just as close by, including Tenerife Espacio de las Artes (TEA) and the Museum of Nature and Man. Although the largest permanent exhibition in the city is in the open air, with sculptures by Henry Moore, Martín Chirino, Joan Miró and Óscar Domínguez, among other artists. The picturesque Nuestra Señora de África Market is an undeniable attraction, where you can buy all the typical products of the islands. Its most famous and extensive beach is Playa de Las Teresitas, with golden sand, adorned with palm trees and located next to the fishing district of San Andrés, both a ten minute drive from the house. Further into the Anaga mountains we reach the secluded and unspoilt beaches of Taganana, Almáciga and Benijo. The salt water swimming pools of the César Manrique Maritime Park are very close to the flat. There are several approved trails in the Anaga Rural Park, such as the PR-TF 2 which links the hamlet of Taborno with the neighbourhood of Valleseco, on the coast of the city. This trail allows you to get to know various ecosystems, such as the fayal heathland and some old farmhouses.
