On the upper floor, where you enter the property, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with incredible views of the sea and the swimming pool and a toilet. On the ground floor of the property, there is a complete bathroom and two beautiful bedrooms, one of them with access to a cosy terrace where you can relax. With all the comforts, Internet Wifi fibre only on the upper floor, thought for teleworking and parking space. Strategically located to get to know both the north of the island and the metropolitan area. Located in an exclusive residential complex very quiet, where you can spend a few wonderful days of relaxation and disconnection in an unbeatable environment. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a beautifully designed living room with views of the sea and the swimming pool of the residential complex, terrace, fridge, microwave, hairdryer, bed linen, shower towels, Internet, cot, high chair, parking space and communal swimming pool. Parties are not allowed in this quiet residential complex and noise must be kept to a minimum at all times, as well as respecting the pool and community rules. It is not allowed to play music or use the swimming pool outside the established hours. There is currently works on the facade of the building and you may experience some noise during the day.

Santa Úrsula is located in the north of Tenerife. The highest point of the municipality, which extends from the coast, is located in Morra de Itote at 1794 meters above sea level. Although the slopes are gentle in the abrupt coastal area, they are accentuated in the midlands and at the summit. Santa Úrsula only has two small coves, located in the areas of Santa Ana and Charco del Negro. Some of the protected areas of the municipality are the Special Natural Reserve of Las Palomas and the Protected Landscapes of Las Lagunetas and Costa de Acentejo.
