Please note that the swimming pool is shared with the neighbors of the building and you must respect the pool rules established by the community.

Please note that there is an extra charge for late check-in starting from 20:00 as follows: -From 20:00 to 21:00 EUR 20. -From 22:00 to 00:00 EUR 30. -From 00:00 to 2 am EUR 40.

Please note that bed linen and towels are provided (per person and per stay). For stays longer than 6 nights we offer an additional change of towels as a courtesy.

For stays of less than 6 nights you will have to pay at the property for the following extra charges: 10€ per set of towels if required by the guest.

IMPORTANT: Makeup-stained or irreparably stained towels can be claimed by the customer for replacement.
